• If the provider has started, you will be responsible for any incurred costs.
• If we cannot contact you due to incorrect contact details, or you do not respond within 30 minutes of the provider’s arrival, the order will be canceled, and MyCatering will have no further obligations.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for completed or delivered products.

• All official communication is via SMS or WhatsApp using the number registered in the app.
